How does this look? I started with plans to do the simple Miss Nettlethorpe from demode's book. Though I am using a Lioness wig, and it has SO MUCH HAIR (not to mention texture) that the frame for Miss N. was just swamped.  So I just kind of kept going and shaping as the hair dictated. Lauren of American Duchess did one of the hairstyles from Kendra's soon-to-be-published book, 18th Century Hair & Wig Styling: History & Step-by-Step Techniques. And I am utterly blown away. I've been looking forward to the book and hopeful it will be useful, but I don't know exactly what to expect.
